Residential Construction Program

Starting a community in an underdeveloped, peripheral area requires people. And, people require homes.

Maskiot's "core" group of families are currently living in interim housing. There are many more who want to move to Maskiot, but permanent housing is not yet available.

Installing additional units will provide an ideal solution. As families move into their newly constructed homes, some of which are already under construction, then the interim housing units will be vacated and made readily available for new families. This process will continue until Maskiot is fully settled -- all 100 houses built and occupied. Afterwards, the temporary housing units will be converted to public facilities.
