Planning is important. Maskiot has already master planned the community to accommodate 100 families over the next few years, and ultimately 180 families.

We have sited where the homes, parks & playgrounds, early childhood campus, other community facilities and synagogue are to be. We know which services we want to provide to our residents and how to grow a viable economic base.

But, planning is not enough to build a community.
